Reader Question: Power save mode
I just implemented my first app with jQTouch. I love it! Is there a way to keep the app running when the device goes into power save mode?
For example, I started something on the app and then left it for a while. I now want to come back and pick up where I left off. Possible? I am talking full screen mode when not accessed through Safari. Thanks.
We currently don’t offer the capability to automatically start at a certain page, as it would require some sort of implicit data storage to carry the user’s history between sessions. Typically, though, we find that most native apps always default to a “home” screen anyway. Thanks!
